November Real Estate Stats for Kelowna

September's lack of momentum has carried through to October. Sales numbers are the lowest in 10+ years and listings are climbing, they are now over the 10-year average by at least 10%. The low end of the market is very slowly picking up again after the rates were held by the Bank of Canada, but is generally speaking still extremely slow.
